Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery. It must be in its original condition and please note we generally do not accept returns of fabric remnants or cut fabric.

Please email us or call to advise us that you are returning your item. If the goods are not returned within 7 days after you have advised that you are returning the goods, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.

We recommend that you request proof of postage or send by recorded delivery. It is your responsibility to return items in suitable packaging and include your contact details in the package.

On receipt of the goods, we will issue a full refund less cost of postage.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

If you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us so that we can rectify the problem.
